2024年6月18日,南方医科大学石敏、廖旺军研究团队在Cell子刊Cell MetabolismIF=27.7上发表了标题为“Nicotinamide metabolism face-off between macrophages and fibroblasts manipulates the microenvironment in gastric cancer”的研究文章,通过转录组分析和动态血浆样本分析,研究团队识别出了肿瘤微环境中的一种代谢“对决”机制,揭示了巨噬细胞衍生的细胞外囊泡(EVs)具有类似外泌体的结构,并携带烟酰胺磷酸核糖转移酶(NAMPT)作为货物来发挥抗肿瘤效果。
